As my former flatmate left after second year, I am left with an empty second room for my final year which needs to be filled. I'm generally quiet and keep to myself (though I can get quite loud when playing video games) and a non-drinker, though this isn't much of a problem so long as there isn't excessive noise/partying. I'm generally quite neat, and my last flatmate was a horrendous slob, so I'm looking forward to a flatmate who knows how to clean up after themselves! I'm happy to take any comers so long as they don't expect much socialization from their flatmate.
