Student Room in Upper Bangor!

'Poplars' is a spacious house located in the popular student area of College Road, very close to Main Arts and the Business School. It's set back from the road in its own gardens and there's ample free parking on the driveway at the front of the house.

A single room is available on the second floor at the front of the house which is fully furnished with a single bed, full size fridge, large desk, wardrobe and wall shelving.

The house has two kitchens, one of which is a lounge/diner, as well as two bathrooms with showers and there's also an additional loo.

The price is fully inclusive of utilities and internet and if you're coming from overseas I'd be happy to loan you some bedding (duvet and pillows), as well as a set of bed linen and some kitchenware at no extra cost...
