King bedroom & bathroom in central Beaumaris house

My current housemate is moving out to start a new job and I’m looking for one person to share my current terraced house rental in Beaumaris town centre with. It’s a spacious 4 bedroom house, 2 minutes walk from the pier and beach with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. You would have access to one of the two larger king sized bedrooms and a private separate bathroom on the second floor, and would have use of a spare bedroom if you wanted guests over too. It would just be us two living on the property and we would share use of the large kitchen and lounge. There’s also a mid size patio to the back of the house with a shed and space for outdoor furniture. I would love to find someone to socialize with but I do shift work so also won’t be home all the time :) Price includes rent, and gas/electric & wifi as well as council tax and water are already setup in the house- we would split everything, message me for more info on bills. I have no pets but would allow a cat if the landlord is okay with it! The house is fab, really spacious and charming! There are also great parking options including plenty of street parking directly in front of the house, residents car park for £10/year just 5 mins walk away and gym members car park 2 mins walk away. Parking has not been an issue for me. The house has lots of storage space and I got very lucky with the deal on it, it’s a great price for the size and area hence why I don’t want to find somewhere else I can afford solo!
