Housemate wanted for spacious terraced house

My current housemate is moving out to start a new job and I’m looking for one person to share my current 3 floor rental with. It’s a spacious 4 bed house in a town centre location with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. You would have access to one of the two attic bedrooms if you wanted guests over as well as your own double/Queen size bedroom and bathroom. There’s a mid size patio to the back of the house with a shed and a large shared kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. I would love someone to socialize with but I do shift work so also won’t be home all the time :) Price includes rent, gas/electric & wifi.
