Tiny house in Beaumaris

I have a large one-room accommodation in the heart of Beaumaris. It has a mezzanine and a full kitchen/living room with an en-suite wetroom, with toilet and vanity area. The kitchen has an oven and a sink, a fridge freezer, and a hob. Lots of storage. There is a desk/table with a chair and a comfy couch. Upstairs in the mezzanine is a small double mattress and shelves. There is plenty of room for storage. This space overlooks the church and gardens. It's a lovely, comfortable and cosy space. The entrance is separate from the rest of the building and private. There is a garden which I use occasionally, with room for a bike/kayak. It's a lovely space. I'm looking for someone who will appreciate it and look after it, someone quiet and who goes out to work ideally. I live next door, but you won't see much of me. Bills are separate and come to approximately £205 a month. That is Council tax, Gas central heating, electric and limited wifi. This amount is based on previous lodgers' use, and we will take readings when moving in. Anything owing will be deducted from the deposit at the end. As I said, this is based on the last readings. Everything is transparent.
