Peaceful 1 bed flat shared with design practice

We have a cosy & peaceful first floor 1 bed flat opposite our family home in Bethesda, Gwynedd. We use - what would have been - the living room as our design studio and so we work in the flat, Monday - Friday (8:50am - 5:30pm ish).

The rest of the flat comprises 1 double bedroom with storage, a kitchen diner and a bathroom (with shower over bath).

There's no private outside space but the flat does benefit from a mature shared front garden space with trees and general greenery lent by the neighbouring churchyard. Parking is on the high street very close by.

The flat sits within a small block - newly built in 2017 - and so it's warm, quiet and practical. It comes furnished and is in really good condition. There is no TV currently. Rent includes all bills and fast wifi.

We are looking for someone to rent the double bedroom and share the common spaces with us.

Would most suit a professional or professional couple who were
out working daily during office hours (when we'd be working there). The rest of the time the flat would be entirely yours - so we wouldn't necessarily cross over that much (if at all!). Outside of work hours we'd treat the place as your private space and never just pop by without prior arrangement. It's worked really well in the past and is one way of having a place that feels like your own without the price tag to match! Mature students also considered if you'd be out during the day, each day.

We are easy going, hard working, creative landlords who live across the street with our busy family of three young boys. We love the outdoors and feel grateful to live on the edge of the beautiful Eryri national park.
