Peaceful 1 bed flat shared with design practice

We have a cosy & peaceful first floor 1 bed flat opposite our family home in Bethesda, Gwynedd. We use - what would have been - the living room as our design studio and so we work in the flat, Monday - Friday (8:50am - 5:30pm ish).

The rest of the flat comprises 1 double bedroom with storage, a kitchen diner and a bathroom (with shower over bath).

There's no private outside space but the flat does benefit from a mature shared front garden space with trees and general greenery lent by the neighbouring churchyard. Parking is on the high street very close by.

The flat sits within a small block - newly built in 2017 - and so it's warm, quiet and practical. It comes furnished and is in really good condition. There is no TV currently. Rent includes all bills and fast wifi.

We are looking for someone short-ish term (for 6-10 months) to rent the double bedroom and share the common spaces with us. We are hoping to move to a new family home locally and to do this we'll be putting the flat on the market - so at the moment we don't have an exact timeframe but our best guess is 6-10 months. We'd, of course, keep you updated on this. We appreciate this may not be ideal for everyone but there may be someone out there looking for a lovely, easy stop gap!

Would most suit a professional or mature student who was mostly out during office hours (when we'd be working there). The rest of the time the flat would be entirely yours. It's worked really well in the past and is one way of having a place that feels like your own without the price tag to match.

We are easy going, hard working, creative landlords who live across the street with our busy family of three young boys. We love the outdoors and feel grateful to live on the edge of the beautiful Eryri national park.
