Double Room to Let

Large double room with shared bathroom (with one other person). Close to town centre. Own entrance, shared kitchen utility. Bills included. We are a non smoking, animal loving house, you must like cats as they have access to the shared utility. We are a quiet house - no loud parties or music or gaming, headphones are a must. A professional person/couple is preferred - will consider DSS depending on circumstances. The room is basic, but large with a desk and drawers, and a good view. Someone interested in keeping fit/cycling. Short term lets possible.
