Own access. Quiet household (me and my son and occasional visitors). It would suit professional non-smoker. There is Broadband/wifi access and tv point. Close to town centre and mountain walks, lovely views.
Must like cats/dogs - we have 2 dogs and 7 cats and they have full access to the whole house, especially if doors are forgotten to be closed. I would hope whoever moves in would be able to mix with us as a family so an interesting in fitness, animals, cycling, computer games would be helpful.
