I have two double bedrooms to let in a furnished, large four bedroom house in Blaenau Ffestiniog. It has two bathrooms. It has a well presented kitchen, a 24" living room with coal effect gas fire, a small front garden and a decent sized back garden with a shed. It has gas central heating throughout. It has on road parking and is close to the station and bus routes. The Ffestiniog railway passes the bottom of the garden. It has a convenient small supermarket close by.
The property is my second home and I am looking for someone who won't mind me turning up occasionally. My main home is in the Midlands but I am originally from Blaenau and am a Welsh speaker.
