Room available Anglesey,15 mins from Bangor

I have a lovely double room available, super views over to Snowdonia. Quiet and rural, would suit a professional individual, contractor or someone who needs a breath of fresh air to reconnect with nature .I have advertised for 7 days but willing to negotiate on price if weekends are not required. Previous tenants have been employed by Bangor Uni and Ysbyty Gwynedd which are 15mins away. The property is rural with bus and train stations 1.5miles away so transport for commuting to work or local university would be a plus, not a problem though if you fancy a walk to the station. Bangor is a 15 min commute as is Holyhead. Working from the property is flexible but not on a full time basis. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table. Outside space during warmer weather has bistro table and loungers with views to the Eryri mountains and Lleyn.
My ideal room mate would ideally be employed from the property most of the time, enjoys living in the countryside and is respectable towards others.
Bedding and towels supplied and changed regularly.
