Double room available in the centre of Caernarfon, within the castle wall, will be sharing with me, a professional that mostly works from my home office,. All furniture provided . Full use of the rest of the house, large dining room, fridge, freezer, all kitchen kit. Living room with TV etc..

All bills included aside from council tax which will increase by 25% with the addition of another adult, equivalent to around £60 per month. Band D.

Have a collie with me, Blue, very friendly and loves the mountains and running.

Open to negotiation on price for someone wiling to dog sit as I occasionally work away.

Street parking only and soon to become residents only.
