Bright double room with sea view available in 2 bed house in Cemaes close to the village centre. Share with owner and one cat. Room furnished with: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside table and TV with freeview. Bedding and towels provided. Shared use of kitchen/diner, living room and bathroom with bath/shower. All bills included. BroadBand, double glazing, central heating, washing machine, front garden and back patio area. On road parking at the front of the house. Non smoker preferred and absolutely no smoking in the house. Contractors welcome.
I work a shift pattern that means I'm sometimes starting work at 5am and other days not home until 1am, I'm quiet and don't crash about the house, but please bear this in mind. It also means I need a fairly quiet lodger as I'm often trying to sleep at weird times!
