Room to rent welcomed In the heart of Snowdonia 💚

Hi there your probrably looking for a room to rent with some bills included that ia sutiated in the heart of Snowdonia! I have now a room to rent that has come available in my home that would suit a peacefull home maker and one that must love and adore animals! I have 1 cat and I also mind other peoples animals from time to time sitting 1 animal over a period of time, there for a love for animals is a must and a love for respectfull personal hygene is a must also. I expect you to clean up after yourself and respect this home as if it was your own as thats the aim i want to give to share this space with one who will also love it too :) I am an artist and an animal carer and in my spare time im mostly out walking in nature etc, the bedroom is empty so you will need to buy a bed for yourself and a wardrobe and so on and make it your own! This place is best for those who love climbing or taking on the beautifull mountains here in Wales! I welcome you the right house mate that id happy go lucky, loves life loves nature and animals , someone that is genuinley kind and respectfull of others and themselves and understands personal space. The room is close to mine therefore I do not want music on at night or phone calls to your friends this is a quiet space a relaxing space a place for relaxation and i do seek a chilled individiual that has a good job and has a life of thier own and has very good house keeping skills and uses clear communication with an open heart, I do love burning insense and creating a warm loving space , I dont have a tumble dryer so youll have to take your clothes to dry at the local laundrette down in the nearesy town just 10 mins drive from where the house is located , buses are frequent if you need to catch the bus the stop is just outside the house leading to caernarfon or to betws y coed, i do prefer you had use of your own car and a full licence due to getting around here is much easier ! Anyway the main key is that your quiet peacefull and enjoy nature and you have a geniuine love for animals :) cannot wait to meet you!
