Water is metered.
Street parking. No guarantee to park directly outside the house.

This accommodation is for a lodger; would suit a student or somebody looking for a short term solution before finding a permanent residence. Personality mix is important, references required. Initial term is 7 months, then reviewed.
Hoping for an independent, considerate individual who is used to neighbours, one who can communicate easily about bathroom, kitchen and home times to manage expectations. One who accepts house mates for house mates. One who cleans up after themselves but not obsessive. Also hopefully a Christian that we would agree on the same values.
