I've been having lodgers for 10 years and happy to say it's been a smooth process. I'm a busy, part-time professional looking for a house-mate who is self-sufficient, tidy and friendly.

Shared living room, dining room and a good sized kitchen. Besides the central heating, there are solid fuel stoves in the living and dining rooms making for a really warm and cosy atmosphere.

Wonderful views of the mountains behind the house, lots of great walks in the area, convenience store nearby.

Bangor and Caernarfon are each 15 minutes journey by car. Local buses go to Bangor, Caernarfon, Llanberis, etc.
