Large room available

Room includes a king sized bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and electric fire place. There are two living rooms so could easily divide amongst both tenants in preferred. House is run on LPG gas and this isnt included in the bills. The house has a fireplace and a bath. A small garden in the back (which will be sorted in the coming weeks) also has a shed and decking.
The current tenant works 9-5 (ish) Monday to Friday. She is an opera singer in her spare time.
