Lovely room in spacious 3 bed

Looking for a short term housemate (start July until mid December, or shorter). All bills included, lovely warm cosy place :) The room is an attic conversion with a mountain view and loads of storage space.
The rest of the house has a big lounge, kitchen, utility room, back yard and I'm happy for my room to be used as a guest room when I'm away if you have friends to stay. No parking but plenty to find out on the high street. Pm me any questions!

Current household - me (35f outdoor instructor who loves rock climbing), and Jez (35m works in rope access, also loves climbing). Between us we're often away for work or out in the evenings so the house doesn't feel crowded
