Lovely room in spacious 3 bed

Looking for short term housemates ideally but longer term considered (want to do some more DIY in the spring). I'll not be here over most of winter but hoping to rent out the little room too so one housemate. All bills included, lovely warm cosy place :)
The rest of the house has a nice big lounge, kitchen, utility room, back yard and I'm happy for my room to be used occasionally as a guest room when I'm away if you have friends to stay.
Fine for a couple too but will be £550 for increased bills cost. No parking but plenty to find out on the high street. Pm me any questions!
