Furnished double room, in a spacious, friendly & comfortable four bedroom home in Gallt Y Foel, close to Dinorwic. All bills, Broadband (unlimited), Netflix, included!

House is occupied by two roommates (me and one other downstairs – spare room is upstairs), then of course you. Amazing views in a lovely spot close to Elidir Fach; superb walks nearby and climbing walking distance in the Slate Quarries. Small shop in the village and Beren garage just round the corner with a post office and great Suma supplies.

House has a shared kitchen & dining room, large living room (for just us two upstairs), and a garden with BBQ area overlooking the views. Storage is available if needed in the dry, basement.

Plenty of parking is available. Only 1min walk to main bus line, 20 min drive to train station and 10 min drive to the A55; great for commuting.

Me, I’m 48, I work in North Wales at the University, working from home ~3 days a week. When not working, I'm into the outdoors; walking/scrambling, climbing, mountain biking, travel, etc. I love crafting, doing pottery once a week and love a good forage. I play the cello and try my hand at mixing occasionally.

Neil, 45, professional high ropes technician, working away a lot and often at sea. He enjoys, climbing (we’re off to Morocco in Jan), biking, plays music and has his son over ~every other weekend. He lives downstairs with own kitchen and living area, but pops up for chats and teams up for climbing.

(we're not age specific, my last flatmate moved in when he was 27 and has now left to go travelling :) )

The house is relaxed and easy-going, we occasionally sit and watch telly together, have meals with mates, play the odd board game, jam a little, or head out dancing. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, easy-going and friendly.
