Hafodty, is a former quarry managers house. It is located in a glade in the oak woodlands of Padarn country park. The garden is large and has wonderful views of Snowdonia. There is no light or noise pollution at Hafodty. It is a 20 min drive to Bangor or Caernarfon, or a 20 min walk to Llanberis. It is ideally located for climbing, mountaineering or lake swimming.. The property has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms and two large reception rooms. . I am looking for a person who will fit in with us here.
The house and rooms are very large, so there is plenty of privacy. The garden is large and beautiful with fantastic views .
