Lovely room in houseshare!

I have a lovely light furnished room in a bungalow in Dolgarrog (15 minutes from Conwy and the A55 in one direction and 10 minutes from Betws-Y-Coed in the other direction) with scenic views overlooking Maenan and a 5 minute walk from surf snowdonia. It is a decent sized room which currently has one single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws with room for a desk if needed. (rented out as is)
It has a shared lounge and bathroom and eat in kitchen. There is a decked garden to the back of the property and grassed area to the front with ample parking on a quiet side road.
I work long hours inc weekends so feel a house share to be a perfect solution.
I have one lazy Cat, who is the friendliest, softed cat going (and this is coming from someone who isnt usually a cat person :) I'd consider myself an easy going and tidy person to live with and am looking to share with another easygoing, tidy professional.
