I get work contracts in which I don't come home so during these times you will have the run of the house.
I have a 10 month old cockerbull who is super friendly and playful, absolutely no aggression but he does like to say hello.
I am happy with any length of contract and if I do happen to be away my neighbour is a very good friend running an Airbnb so if there are any issues that need to be looked at they are readily on hand to assist.
The bathroom is shared.
There is on street parking which is often busy but not impossible.
