House Share

I'm looking for someone to house share with me in my current house. Applicants must be working and reliable with payments. I'm easy to get along with and hoping i can find someone i can trust. I take pride in my home and would like someone who will take good care of the house also. I am a smoker but i smoke outside/by the back door so if you are a smoker i would appreciate it if you also smoke outside too. All bills are included in the price, the only thing not included is food. if you are interested in the house share with me please get in contact as soon as possible as i need someone before the end of this month (October) thank you.
