2 bedroom renovated property

I work away so I never get chance to get home apart from the sporadic weekend.

I’m a 25 year old male working as a marine engineer in the military, work means I’m often away for long periods of time, I have bought my dream quiet spot to act as a base for leave periods and the odd long weekend to facilitate my hobbies such as surfing and hiking.

Looking for a clean, respectful person who would be interested in a lodging agreement but this benefits the lodger as I am never really there so would be like renting a house for a more affordable price, I will give sufficient heads up if I’m coming home and will be at the end of my phone for issues.

I have family who spend a lot of time locally in their caravan so they can’t support and assist with any issues should their be any.
