Double room Llanberis

We are looking for a housemate to join the two of us here in the middle of Llanberis. The room has a double bed and a storage unit, it isn't a big room but the great thing about this house is that we have an extra room dedicated for gear storage. So it would suit another outdoors professional perfectly. We have a living room that is comfy, a good kitchen and dining room, a fancy new bathroom with underfloor heating and an amazing power shower. There is a yard in which boats can be stored, and a shed for bikes. The price includes all bills and household consumables like bin bags and washing up liquid etc! We are both pretty chilled people living here, rarely home to be honest. We play a bit of acoustic music now and then. Were usually in bed by around half 10 and not noisy. We would ideally be looking for someone similar who is easy to get along with.
