Large double room to rent in rural house

I’m looking for someone to share my lovely home with in Llanddeusant.
The bedroom is 14 x 11ft so nice and spacious, big window, fully furnished. Shared kitchen and living space, one shared bathroom and a garden.
The bedroom comes off the kitchen and is on the ground floor, the bathroom is on the first floor.
Mature students or professionals preferred.
There is very limited public transport through the village, so having your own vehicle is a must. On road parking, although there is sometimes space around the back.
I have a beautiful cat called Wilbie, so the property is not suitable for someone who doesn’t like cats or has a cat allergy.
I’m very outdoorsy and don’t watch much tv, especially in the summer, so ideally I’d like to find a housemate with similar interests to have nice chats with, but I also like my own space, so someone who enjoys a mixture of the two would be perfect.
Minimum term is two months, then a rolling month by month let.
