Lovely small house/annex with lots of character. Everything included in the price apart from gas. Kitchen, Shower room, living room/dining room, two bedrooms. The property is set on a horse livery yard with brilliant views towards the mountains and set in a very quite area. Landlords are great people, always willing to help and very friendly. Everything in the house works, central heating is new and effective. 2 minutes drive from the beach (Red Wharf Bay). Very close to Beaumaris and around 15 minutes to get to Bangor. Good bus service but may be easier with a car. I am very friendly, tidy and easy to get on with. I am out and about with horses and uni quite a lot of the time so you would have the house to yourself during the day most of the time.
