Room available in a saught after residential area

I am a young 49 year old single woman. I Live in a 4 bedroom detached dorma bungalow in a quiet residential area 4 miles away from Bangor, North Wales. I work full time and I also work a couple of nights a week. Tenant will have to share bathroom, kitchen, living room. Bedroom size is ample and is furnished. There is a garden at the back of house which is quite. Parking space available at front of house. There is a bus route service available. I like to keep the house clean and tidy and would prefer to share with someone similar.
