Furnished room to let in well run house

Comfortable single room furnished on first floor of period house. Recently refurbished. Situated near the sea front in the popular area of Craig-y-Don, a short walk to the main town of Llandudno. Washing facilities within the room but also three showers and five w/c's in the house. There are also two kitchens with cookers, mircowaves, storage and washing up areas. The house is cleaned weekly. All bills included. We keep a friendly but quiet house with a mixed age group. Would suit someone working full time or part time.
