Top flat room for rent !

Hi , the acoomodation is located at the top end of llandudno. The apartment is very big with a spacious lounge and kitchen. There is appliances in the flat i. e washing maching, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. The room is big and has a velux window with a blackought blind. Its very spacious and enought room for a wardrobe, double bed and bedside draws.

I am looking for someone trust worthy and someone clean! I work full time and spend alot of time working out. I like to keep the flat clean and would expect the new flatmate to do so also. Im easy to get on with and a very socialble and hard working guy.

Looking to live with a female as there usually very tidy and find it easier to live with a female than male.
