The property is located within a 10 minute walk from the town centre
Current occupant's are one single female with the landlord popping in weekly. You would have full use of the whole house. Property has two bathrooms, street parking rear courtyard with use of roof terrace. Wireless broadband is installed within the property.
I am looking for a male or female tenant who is in work or can at least pay their way. A good sense of humor is a must as other occupants like to laugh a lot as do I. Respect for someone else's home is also important as this isn't a 'Rental investment property'. Would like you to be tidy and ensure you clean up after yourself when using the kitchen etc and keep own rooms clean.
With regards to smoking, I don't have an issue with this so long as it's always outside.
With regards to bills, these are included in rent.
The shared lounge has sky TV.
Washing and cleaning of all communal areas is also included
House is currentyly up for sale but i dont foresee a quick sale so room is available
If couple to occupy room then rent for this room would be £122.50 a week
