Quiet House In Llandudno

I have 2 fully furnished bedrooms available (1 single and 1 double) with shared access to the rest of the house. The property is central heated, double glazed and is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood in the centre of Llandudno and I am looking for a quiet, respectful tenant who would be happy to share with other people.
The house has a fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire blanket and fire doors.
We have 2 bathrooms, Two fully fitted kitchens with washing machine and dryer, wireless broadband throughout and the house is fully managed by a local house manager. All deposits are placed with the deposit protection scheme.
