Room in a large shared house

I have 1 fully furnished large double bedrooms available with shared access to the rest of the house. The property is central heated, double glazed and is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood in the centre of Llandudno and I am looking for quiet, respectful tenants who would be happy to share with other people.
The house is registered with rent smart wales and is also a fully licensed HMO and therefore includes all the relevant safety features required such as fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire blanket and fire doors.
We have 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer, 2 microwaves , 4 fridge freezers and wireless broadband throughout and the house is fully managed by a local house manager. All deposits are placed with the deposit protection scheme. Extra charges for a couple would be £130 pcm.
