A small, one bedroomed, self contained cosy cottage, four miles from Menai Bridge on the B5420 to Llangefni. It was the gardeners cottage next to an old mansion, with very pleasant rural views all round. It is quiet and very secure, ideal for a student really wanting to concentrate on their work. The driveway to it is 600 yards long and a bit bumpy. The cottage comprises of a kitchen with four ring cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, and microwave , a bathroom with bath and electric shower, a decent sized living room with TV and an attic bedroom above with views into the orchard. You can park right outside. The TV licence, central heating, electricity, and broadband are all included In the rent, and there is no Council Tax for Students. We live in the old house next door and have livestock of all kinds including two very friendly dogs. The tenant could use the 3 acres of woodland gardens.

The cottage is for single occupation only, though overnight visitors are of course fine. Previous tenants have cycled to the University but a car would be an advantage.
