We are looking for a single working professional person looking for a short stay up to 2 months. No Smokers or Pets. Large spacious Studio Cottage available for renting during July to end of September 2018. It is generally used as a holiday let during the Summer however willing to do a short stay . It is an L shaped studio with a double bed, sitting area and kitchen/dining area and separate en suite shower/Wash room.
This is an all inclusive price of electricity (within reason), council tax, water rates, tv license, unlimited internet access.
Please note there is no washing machine or oven/grill.
