Double Room with Own Bathroom in Menai Bridge

The house is a three-storey townhouse in the centre of Menai Bridge (bottom of the High Street). I bought it and renovated it in 2023. I only live there a couple days of the week as I work in Manchester most of the time so won’t be there all of the time.

The room available is on the top floor. It is a large double room with a small “walk in wardrobe”/ storage room available on the landing outside.

(There is another double room on the top floor which could be made available if needed for an additional cost).

The main bathroom is on the middle floor which would be for your use only. The bathroom had been recently renovated and has a freestanding bath and walk in shower.

The ground floor has an open plan living and dining room and then a kitchen to the back of the house. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs toilet.

There is parking available at the back of the house for one car.

There are bus stops within walking distance and the house is a 10 minute drive to Bangor Station.

*The photos show the room as furnished but the room is currently empty. I can supply a bed and bedside tables if you need.
