Spare Room in Upper Menai Bridge

I have a spare room available for rent in upper Menai Bridge (with views of Snowdonia on a clear day). It’s a small double room, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables with lamps. I work from home in my office, if you also work from home or if you are a couple there is a bigger room that can fit a desk, I’m happy to swap if needed (there may be a slightly higher monthly price). For a longer term tenant I’m very happy for you to have free rein with the room (hanging pictures, painting, decorating, etc.).

The house is fully equipped, there is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower. Downstairs there is a shared lounge with plenty of couch space and a new tv. The shared kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, an oven and gas stove, and sink. There are plenty of appliances which you will be welcome to use (blender, slow cooker, coffee machine, etc.). If you don’t have any kitchen utensils you are welcome to share mine!

The entryway has plenty of storage and there is also a very large loft which you are welcome to store things in. Parking is on the street outside the house. There is an enclosed garden with a shed. There are no pictures, this is a spring project so it’s a bit empty at the moment! I am also slowly doing other things to the house, I have plans to revamp the kitchen so other areas may look slightly different (improved) in time. But it’s all ready to be lived in!

I have a dog at home, he’s pretty old and just sleeps all day. He’s very very kind and calm, he’s used to having other dogs in the house and gets along with all of them (mostly just keeps to himself). I am happy for pets in the house, as long as he can meet them first! Dogs or cats are fine, he hasn’t spent much time around cats but he is very docile so I can’t imagine there being any problems, as long as he meets the first.
