The house is close to the centre of Menai Bridge. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It has a small garden and a garage for storage. There is also shared storage space in the house.

There are 4 double bedrooms in the house with a total of 4 tenants. The room that is available is on the second floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk. Its quite a large room and gets a lot of light.

The other tenants are young professionals or postgraduate students who are quite outdoorsy as well a being fairly quiet, clean and respectful which would be expected of you too.

The rent is £200/month and the bills inc wifi are currently are £61/month.
