Small double by the sea in Penrhyn Bay

I have a small double room with shared shower room (property has two bathrooms but not en-suite)
Shared lounge kitchen and garden area. Space on the drive for one car. Shed to lock up bicycles.
Property is within a stones throw of the sea with a cafe at the end of the road.
I work freelance so some weeks I am around and others I would be away. I try to go out mountain biking at the weekends.
Room is furnished and ready to occupy, furniture requirements can be discussed (ie a desk/tv if needed)
House is warm and spacious.

I would like to meet potential tenants for a coffee and chat first and see if they are a good fit.
Rent to be paid every 4 weeks but can discuss in more detail in person. First months rent will be required upfront on the day of moving in.

Very easy going and relaxed. I don’t mind if a tenant smokes but would like this to be in the conservatory or outside preferably.
