Small double by the sea in Penrhyn Bay

I have a small double room with shared shower room (property has two bathrooms but not ensuite)
Shared lounge kitchen and garden area. Shed to lock up bicycles.
Property is within a stones throw of the sea with a café at the end of the road.

Both house mates are professionals, one works from home.

Room is furnished and ready to occupy, furniture requirements can be discussed (i. e. a desk/tv if needed)
House is warm and spacious.

I would like to meet potential tenants for a coffee and chat first and see if they are a good fit, as well as meet the other house mates.

Rent can be paid monthly or 4 weekly.

Very easy going and relaxed. I don’t mind if a tenant smokes but this would be outside. Vaping in the house allowed.
