Self-contained Private Space

We are looking for a professional individual who would like to rent our fully self-contained little space which is attached to our bungalow. With parking and a private balcony.
Light and airy, modern space comprising super king bed, sofa, lift top coffee table, wardrobe, drawers, ensuite shower room, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge freezer, mini oven, airfryer, kettle toaster and sink, TV, WiFi. As stated, this is a completely self contained space with a separate private entrance of it's own.
PLEASE NOTE:
OUR PREFERENCE WOULD BE A LODEGER WHO WORKS LOCALLY, BUT TRAVELS HOME AT THE WEEKENDS, AS THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD.
WE WOULD ALSO OFFER A SMALL RESUCTION IN RENT FOR A MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET. Thank you
