Detached house in rural location

I live in a detached house set in 4 acres above Tregarth. My daughter (aged 12) spends 2 or 3 nights a week here, hence my (and her mother's) hesitancy about letting other men stay here, (though a man with CRB check should be OK). A car is preferable to live here as bus services aren't frequent; plenty of parking.

The bedroom is about 150 sq ft.

We share bills.

I go away a lot, spending less than half the time here, until November, when i'll be here most of the time. In particular i'll be away 1-7 May, 9-13 May, 15 May to 3 June. I should be then home more of the time until early August. When i'm away best way to get in touch is to text me.

A quiet house and attractive house, still with a bit of minor finishing work to do.
