Double room in Felinheli

Double room with sea view in spaceous house in Felinheli. Features log burner, two bathrooms, two living areas, new kitchen, dishwasher, loads of storage and a lot of houseplants. 30 seconds from the Menai Strait. Felinheli is a friendly little town which has a surprising amount going on for its size (cafes, pubs, plus a great gym and a strong community vibe).

It's a three bedroom house over four stories, I have the attic room and rent out the smaller double room on the first floor. There is also a third spare box room with lots of built in storage, the rented room comes with use of some of this because there's limited storage in the bedroom itself.

I’m a 40 year old female A&E Doctor, I own the house and also live here, though I work part of my time for a humanitarian medical NGO so spend around half the year abroad. I am usually away for most of the winter, for several months at a time, so you’ll likely have the house to yourself a lot.

When I'm home I work irregular shifts including night shifts, so sometimes need quiet in the house so I can sleep during the day! I love all things outdoors. I'm veggie but don't mind meat eaters in residence. I try to use eco-friendly stuff in the house, and minimise waste.

No parking directly outside house, though lots of parking available on Beach Road which is accessible via steps to the side of the house. There is also no TV in the house, though I do have a projector for watching films.

Rent includes all bills, plus a cleaner twice a month.

You may have noticed from the photos that there are a lot of plants. Some would say, an excessive amount of plants. The cleaner will water them during the times that I’m abroad, so you don’t have sole responsibility, but it would be great if you were also willing to do a little plant TLC!
