Room available in Felinheli

Hi all,

We are a young couple (doctor and a teacher) looking for a lodger or two from 1st August. We both enjoy surfing, climbing and the outdoors in general. Feel free to get in touch if you're interested!
Our house is in a quiet part of Y Felinheli near the football club. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, pub, cafes, and village shop. It is a 5 minute drive or 20 min cycle to Ysbyty Gwynedd and a 20 minute drive to Llanberis or Bethesda to go walking in the mountains. There is a large shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom, guest room, garden, outdoor storage, and off-road parking for 4 cars. The room is a large double room and is spacious enough for a solo occupant or a couple. We've had lodgers for the last few years (mainly NHS staff on 12 month rotations in Ysbyty Gwynedd) and really enjoyed the experience.
Council tax (band D) is already included in the monthly price of £610. Not included are the bills for gas/electric/water/wifi - these are split equally between the occupants of the house over time.
