Double room in shared ground flat

This flat is located on the ground floor of a Victorian terraced house on the edge of the village of Y Felinheli.
The flat comprises of 4 large double rooms and this particular room is at the back of the flat. There is currently a single bed in the room, however a double bed and other furniture can be supplied, on request. There is a kitchen with all the usual white goods and there is a bathroom with an overhead shower.
The flat is conveniently located on the main road, so parking is relatively easy to find. There are bus stops nearby for anyone wishing to use public transport.
There is a Post Office located in the Spar convenience store, 2 pubs and a Chinese takeaway. There is also a Thai restaurants and 2 really good cafes nearby, which are great for a Saturday brunch with friends.
Y Felinheli has a good community spirit with lots going on and this is a great location for anyone who works in either Caernarfon or Bangor.
