Double room with views of the Menai Strait

The house is in a lovely spot in the friendly village of Y Felinheli. Within walking distance is the shop/post office, the pub, Llofft cafe and a dipping spot on the front. It’s close to a bus stop or is a 10 minute drive to Bangor and Caernarfon (8 minutes to the Beacon climbing wall) and 15 minutes to Llanberis. The room itself has views over the Menai Strait onto Anglesey and enjoys lovely sunsets. It’s currently being redecorated so will be extra fresh. Furniture includes a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

I am looking for a housemate who wants to live in a chilled house (and who doesn’t mind watering plants if I’m away!). I work shifts so don’t have a set schedule, and enjoy equally getting outside into the mountains or going for swims, and knitting in front of a film. The shared areas are spacious and a cleaner comes fortnightly (included in bills). There’s a log burner, washing machine, tumble dryer and air fryer.

Please note there is no designated parking with the property.
