Double bedroom

Hello!

My names Jemma, I’m 36 and I am looking for a someone to join me in my house in Y Felinheli.
I am looking for someone who is social, who wants to watch TV in the evenings or go to the local pub for a drink. I’d like someone who wants to treat the house as a home rather than just hide away in their room. I also have 2 cats and a dog.

About the house
The house has 2 double bedrooms and one small bedroom which is being used as a guest bedroom for friends/family to stay. It is located in a quiet area of Y Felinheli and has access to a garden with a view over the Menai Strait.
The bedroom is bright, has sunlight for most of the day and comes fully furnished with a double bed, draws and wardrobe with built in shelves. If you don't like the colour of the room you can paint and decorate however you like. The current occupant has already moved out so it's available now.
The house includes fridge, freezer, washing machine. Parking is on the street but if you don’t have a car then the bus stop a 1 minute walk away. Buses run every half hour and take about 20 minutes to reach either Bangor city centre or Caernarfon. The rent includes bills.
