Bright Single Room, in welcoming home

This fairly large, bright Single room has wonderful outlooks onto the back garden .. The room itself is situated on the first floor: Large single bed, wardobes, dressing table with TV, desk, and bedside table.

The bright and airy room follows in from the stairs. We are a family home and have quiet and welcoming professionals currently. You have full access to the kitchen, both bathrooms, garden and a parking space.

Bills are included, we ask that you have refrences and pay a month ahead (£350 a month) in addition to the security deposit the first month, on arrival. We have two friendly cats too!
