Additional shower room also available. Parking available right outside the property. Shared kitchen with owner. Use of garden. Bills included. Looking for a professional person to rent the room.
Coop, Indian takeaway, cafe, chip shop, hair dresser, dentist all about 200 metres away.
I split my time between Hampshire and Bath depending on work.
I have two teenage children who stay some weekends and during the school holidays.
