Direct 10 minute train to Southampton from Romsey with excellent main line links i. e. London, New Forest, South Coast.
Nature reserve and 2 mile running/walking track on doorstep.
Local Co-op shop, cafe, 2 takeaways, hairdressers and private dentists.
Would suit a working professional who is clean/tidy (this is a must) and considerate of being in a shared property.
The house is a calm and quiet environment which would not suit shift work.
Two small friendly dogs reside in the kitchen (they do not have free access upstairs).
Monday to Thursday night inclusive. Sunday night considered at an additional cost.
No personal access to a washing machine but serviced washes can be arranged.
