Very large double bedroom and en suite available for lodging. Partly furnished (see photos) new fridge and bills included. Includes built in wardrobe, desk, kitchenette, tv area, a dressing table and a chest of drawers. Driveway.

We are looking for a professional or a mature student. We live a quiet life, work full time and have a quiet, well behaved 2 year old daughter, expecting another one soon.

My husband works half the week at home, and I work away from home all week. The majority of the time, our little one is at nursery or with grandparents unless it’s the weekend or a Tuesday. When she is home she sleeps 7pm-7am and does this very reliably!

We are surrounded by a beautiful cottage garden and woodland. Opposite the house is a the Alderholt reading room, as well as a bus stop, post box and defibrillator.

We are asking £850 per month bills included for an individual as the space is very substantial. It is a low price to find a good lodger. We would accept couples but due to additional bills, wear and tear, etc, we would ask for £1000 a month.
