Washing machine, dish washer etc. wireless broadband. There is a downside shower room and toilet that is for the lodgers use.
2 bathrooms. Quiet room, at the back of the house and walking distance to local shops and train station.
Over 21 and Professional pls.
I have a cat called Mavis and a dog called Hector living here.
I will ONLY let to people I have met face to face.
The room is rented on lodger status.

Small charge for cleaning and cleaning products per month.

I will ask for a reference either work or rent related.

The deposit is refunded once the room is vacated. It is not to be used to pay a months rent.
