Room/home office + loft storage

I have a spacious (plenty of space for a home office within the room), room to rent in my home in Aldershot. It’s a quiet area with on street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is furnished with storage bed (John Lewis mattress), full height wardrobe (Not shown in the image however it will go where the grey cupboard is) and has access to large heated loft storage room which is accessed via a staircase within the room. All bills including Sky TV and high speed Wifi included within the rent. My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom and garden. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least two months, a non-smoker, not too noisy and is happy to live with a friendly cat.
